These Terms & Conditions govern the quotation, sale, and shipment of machinery, parts, and tools supplied by Shree Trading ("we", "us", "our"), operating in Birtamode, Jhapa, Nepal. By placing orders, customers agree to these terms.
All tools and heavy equipment supplied by Shree Trading are 100% genuine and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized national importers (e.g. INGCO, Libang). Original product descriptions, brand badges, and model identifiers are guaranteed correct.
Warranty terms and product support are determined and handled directly by the respective manufacturers or official national importers. Shree Trading operates solely as a retail showroom and distributor; we do not provide in-house repairs, routine servicing, maintenance, or direct warranty execution. Customers must contact official manufacturer service centers for any repair or warranty claims.
Price quotes sent by email or messaging systems remain valid for the period specified in the quote. For heavy machinery, generators, and customized agricultural pump configurations, a deposit may be required to confirm order processing and schedule shipment. Balance payments must be cleared upon pickup or as specified in the sales agreement.
While we facilitate transport arrangements for heavy industrial items, local shipping times may vary due to transit and logistical conditions in Jhapa and Eastern Nepal. Technical setup is provided only if specifically agreed upon in the sales contract.
